These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MadeHatke website and your purchase of products from MadeHatke. By accessing our website, browsing our products, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

MadeHatke offers apparel and other products featuring original artwork, typography, illustrations and designs.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, designs and product information accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, printing process, garment material and manufacturing variations.
Minor variations that are normal to the printing or manufacturing process will not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product availability may change without notice.
4. PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Many MadeHatke products are produced on a print-on-demand basis.
This means that the product may be printed or produced specifically after you place your order rather than being taken from conventional pre-produced inventory.
Because of this made-to-order production model, cancellations, exchanges and returns for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or ordering the wrong size may be restricted as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
5. PRODUCT SIZING
Customers are responsible for reviewing the relevant size chart and product information before placing an order.
Sizing may vary between different garment styles, products and manufacturers.
Please carefully check the measurements shown on the product page before ordering.
If you are uncertain about sizing, you may contact us before placing your order.
6. ORDERS
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is complete and accurate.
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
- payment failure;
- product or production unavailability;
- incorrect or incomplete customer information; or
- circumstances preventing us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges will be displayed where required before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because MadeHatke products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, customer-requested cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered production.
Customers should therefore review their product, size, colour, delivery address and other order information carefully before completing payment.
Where we are able to accommodate a cancellation before production begins, we may do so at our discretion.
This provision does not limit rights available to customers under applicable law.

9. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
Because many MadeHatke products are produced on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges merely because a customer:
- changed their mind;
- ordered the wrong size;
- selected the wrong colour;
- no longer wants the product; or
- made an incorrect selection when ordering.
However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective or materially different product, please contact MadeHatke Customer Support within the period specified in our Return and Refund Policy.
We may request photographs, packaging images, order information or other reasonable evidence to investigate the issue.
Where the claim is accepted, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, refund or another remedy as required or permitted under applicable law.
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict mandatory consumer rights under applicable Indian law.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed and delivered according to the estimated timelines displayed on our website or communicated during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, transportation disruptions or other operational circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

11. FAILED OR UNDELIVERABLE DELIVERY
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed to receive the shipment after reasonable delivery attempts, additional shipping or re-dispatch charges may apply where permitted.
We will assess such situations individually.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the MadeHatke name, branding, logos, graphics, illustrations, artwork, designs, slogans, photographs, website content and other original materials displayed through our store are owned by or licensed to MadeHatke and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may purchase our products for personal use.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, manufacture, print, resell or otherwise use our artwork or intellectual property without prior written authorization.
Purchasing a MadeHatke product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design or intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.

Your interaction with certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

14. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
MadeHatke may occasionally offer promotional codes, discounts, sales or other offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value and may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiry dates, product restrictions or minimum-order requirements.
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify a promotion where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect rights already acquired by customers.
15. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, feedback or other content to MadeHatke, you confirm that you have the right to submit that material.
You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, infringing or otherwise inappropriate content.
Where you expressly provide content for publication or tag/submit content to MadeHatke for promotional use, you grant us permission to use that content for the purposes communicated to you, subject to applicable law.

You must not use the MadeHatke website to engage in fraud, violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual-property rights, transmit malicious code, harvest personal information unlawfully, interfere with website security, impersonate another person or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

This provision does not affect statutory consumer rights.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
22. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to our website where reasonably necessary because of fraud, misuse, security threats, unlawful activity or material violation of these Terms.
