SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At MadeHatke, every product is made especially for you. As our products are printed on demand, your order goes through production, quality checks and packaging before it is dispatched.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from order confirmation, including production and shipping.

Delivery may take longer for remote locations, during festivals, periods of high demand or due to courier delays and circumstances beyond our control.

All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Standard shipping within India costs ₹79 per order.

FREE SHIPPING is available across India on orders of ₹1,499 or more.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking information to become active. Tracking availability and frequency of updates may vary depending on the courier service.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please ensure that your name, shipping address, PIN code and phone number are entered correctly when placing your order.

Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery information.

If an order cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/video showing the product, packaging and issue.

Eligible cases will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

DELIVERY DELAYS

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us through our Contact page and we will assist you in checking the shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

MadeHatke currently primarily serves customers within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
